The function hall is available to members to hire free of charge subject to our full terms and conditions.
Hire of Hall forms are available from the Club office between 9.00am – 12noon or from the bar – open all day from 12noon. Check date you require is available.
Confirmation is only given of booking once a completed form is received together with the required holding deposit of £100.
Any cancellation must be made in writing to the Secretary of the Club, Rod Hills or Club Manager Carolanne Holt.
Holding deposit of £100 is returned unless:
Bar Takings do not exceed £500.
Less than 1 month’s notice is given of cancellation prior to event.
Damage is incurred at the event.
To hire the hall you must be a member of Lordswood Sports and Social Club.
In accordance with Club Rules a list of all guests must be submitted before the event.
As a hirer of the hall you are responsible for all your family and guests.
All drinks must be purchased from the premises.
All food must be purchased from the Club’s Catering Franchise.
Persons under the age of 18 will not be served alcoholic drinks from the bar – ID required.
IMPORTANT NOTICE RE 18TH BIRTHDAY PARTIES
18th Birthday parties are taken at the Management discretion. If we agree to hold an 18th special arrangements are made. Security door staff will be required, the cost of which will be paid by the hirer of the hall You will also be asked to send out written invitations for guests to be admitted to the hall.
